Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who will research potential clients, cold call/email them, pitch our services and set meetings for the senior sales team.
Your main goal is to generate interest, qualify prospects, and schedule confirmed meetings.

  • Lead Research & Collection
  • Driving client acquisition for services such as web development, mobile apps, AI solutions, and SaaS products
  • Cold Calling / Emailing & Pitching
  • Setting up meeting with the higher sales team
  • Managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • Good communication in Bangla (English basic)
  • Confident phone conversation skills
  • Basic knowledge of websites, digital services (training provided)
  • List/lead organization capability
  • Cold calling experience is a strong advantage
  • Female candidate will get preference
  • No formal educational required — relevant experience matters most
  • Laptop or desktop computer
  • Internet connection
  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • WhatsApp / Email

Salary and commission will be discussed during the interview process.
